Fabricated from high strength Aluminum, they are perfectly fitting hub-centric wheel spacers. These are bolted to the axle hubs, using the provided special metric hardware. The G-wagen wheel is then mounted onto the spacer, and fastened with the original lug bolts into the pressed-in threaded steel bushings of the wheel spacer.

Please note: Lug bolt length should not exceed 45mm shaft length, with original G500 wheels. Original Mercedes Lug bolts can only protrude out 30 mm to avoid them bottoming out in the spacer.

G-Wagen Wheel Spacer 34 mm Hub-Centric

These wheel spacers are made well and have replaceable nutserts in them, they are enough to keep my ET63 hutchinson's with [****] tires from rubbing on the radius arms.

I would like to see spacers with studs instead of bolts, studs can also be replaced and the proper ball seat nuts are available.

Wagen Wheel Spacer 34 mm Hub-Centric

One of threaded inserts to hold the lug bolt was improperly installed. It would spin in place, making it impossible to tighten the lug bolt.

Wheel Spacers 30 mm

Bought a set for the front and the rear because I was upgrading to wider tires and to avoid rubbing. I went with 285/75/16 and put the spacers on without rubbing. The spacers are machined very well. Very pleased.

Customer support is still alive!

Not sure when Mercedes put the wider fender flares on the G, but with these spacers and 275/65R-18 on a set of factory 18’s fit perfectly. I had a small issue with the lug nuts, emailed Karl, he called me back in 10 minutes and express shipped a replacement. Can’t ask for better support. Now I just need to meet up with him on the trail! Thank you Karl.
